This Authentic shows respect to MOONEYES by creating the detail from the period of the Anaheim Factory and honoring Southern California’s unique culture and design of the history, with shinier foxing tape, 10 oz. heavy canvas, 100% cotton lace compared to the regular model.
This Anaheim Factory Authentic 44 DX is remastering MOONEYES’ signature color of Yellow, Black, and White and features MOONEYES eyeshape allover pattern on the vintage style textile upper.
The allover MOONEYES pattern is applied to the model, based on both company's heritage of “Customizing” and also based on the archive of custom shoes that MOONEYES requested to VANS in late 1960 to early 1970.
