Designed as tinting agents for use with 1 Shot Lettering Enamels and Chromatic Bulletin Colors.
4001 Tinting Black darken colors without muddying.
4002 Tinting White lightens colors without washing them out.
Both can be used with 1 Shot black or whites to create a variety of gray values.
